Student initiative: Sustainability Event

A sustainability event conceptualised by HSD students – food, workshops, booths, music!

The sustainability event Grünes Licht took place at HSD for the first time on 13 June 2018. HSD faculties and institutes as well as start-ups and other local stakeholders presented relevant projects on a diverse market. In exciting workshops, participants learned how to avoid plastic waste or developed their own sustainable business model.

It was a colourful, unique event, initiated and organised by HSD students from a sustainability seminar in the framework of the Center for Training and Competence Development (ZWEK), powered by the One World Net NRW and Heinrich Böll Stiftung NRW – The Green Political Foundation.
