future-oriented

In recent years, design has been recognised as an academic discipline through the confrontation of design with different fields of activity and the fusion with media studies and art. Central to this is the development of new methods, techniques and strategies as well as the exploration of familiar and unfamiliar fields, discipline-specific and non-discipline-specific terrains, theories and processes. Potentials for knowledge transfer, i.e. differences between design, theory and research are to be activated and applied to specific projects.

Please note: The language of instruction is mainly German.
