With our transnational, cooperative project, we aim to promote motivated students at German and Dutch universities. The programme includes training sessions as well as connecting with local companies. However, the heart of the programme is the mentoring initiative: A personal mentor coaches and supports the students for eight months.A Win-Win Situation for Everyone InvolvedStudents get in touch with potential employers and improve their intercultural competences.Companies can get to know young specialists who qualify to fill future executive positions.
