​​In terms of organization, the Student Affairs Offices are part of the Student Support Centre and are the central contact point for all issues related to studies and examinations, such as enrolment, re-registration, semesters on leave and de-registration.

The Student Affairs Offices are also responsible for recognition of academic achievements as well as for issuing transcripts and certificates.
