Cycling to HSD...

is one way to get your daily dose of fitness, and it's also good for the climate.
The WHO recommends 150 or 300 minutes of exercise per week. At a cycling average of 15 km/h to 30 km/h (depending on fitness), this corresponds to a one-way distance of 2.5 to 10 km.
Beyond that: listen to your body & a lot helps a lot
