Glänzen beim Assessmentcenter
Wohl jedes große Unternehmen veranstaltet Assessmentcenter, um den Firmennachwuchs zu rekrutieren. Den Begriff, kennen wohl die meisten, aber was genau dort passiert und wie man es schafft ein Assessmentcenter zu meistern, das wissen nicht viele.
Die Ideelle Förderung im Rahmen des Deutschlandstipendiums an der HSD bietet eine Vielzahl an Vorträgen, Besuchen, Führungen und eben auch Workshops. Dieses Mal passend zum Thema ein „Assessmentcenter Training“.
Selbstpräsentationen und Gruppendiskussionen bilden dabei nur die Spitze einer Vielzahl von Instrumenten der Auswertung. Die „Postkorbübung“, Rollenspiele und Stressinterview ergänzen das Portfolio eines Assessmentcenters.
All diese Situationen lernten die Studierenden zu bewältigen und vielmehr zu meistern. Durch sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten, Priorisierung von Aufgaben oder Vermittlung bei Streiterein konnten die Teilnehmer die Ihnen gestellten Aufgaben lösen. Anschließende Auswertungsgespräche, inklusive von Videoanalysen halfen, die eigenen Schwächen zu erkennen und zu auszumerzen.
Am Ende des Workshops waren die Studierenden gerüstet für das nächste Assessmentcenter, welches bei einigen in nicht allzu ferner Zukunft liegen mag.
