at the latest one day before the event (by 12:00 noon),
providing the following details:  ​

  • Your given name and family name
  • Date of the session you wish to attend
  • Optional: study programme you wish to apply for
  • Optional: country you completed your school or studies​ in
  • Optional: your questions ​
